Hubert Catanese as Chief Executive Officer, Patrice Roussel as Vice President Operations in charge of Sales and Services, and Christopher Keene as Chairman of the Board.
Reportive will draw upon Catanese's 20-year history in the technology industry and senior leadership roles in highly successful technology startups, Roussel's ability to regularly exceed aggressive sales goals and successfully manage services organizations and Keene's proven entrepreneurial experience.
Catanese's mission will be to expand the strong customer base Reportive has already built in Europe while accelerating Reportive's US expansion, developing key partnerships and capitalizing on the rising demand for collaborative reporting based solutions. Roussel's main focus will be to cultivate successful sales and services teams, and improve service and sales processes.
Hubert Catanese is a seasoned executive and serial entrepreneur. Before joining Reportive, Catanese was founder and CEO of Medience, an innovative data integration startup which was acquired by Business Objects. Before Medience he was VP of Sales, Marketing and Business Development at Meiosys, a high tech startup specialized in virtualization software. During its tenure at Meiosys, Catanese opened the US operations and grew the revenue worldwide. Catanese was also VP of Worldwide Sales and Business Development for Contactual, Inc. a Silicon Valley start-up, and held several sales and marketing management positions at Sun Microsystems.

Roussel ran the French subsidiary of Ajilon IT Consulting, a global leader in managed services. Roussel also held various sales and management positions at Vignette, Sun Microsystems and Interleaf, where he consistently demonstrated an ability to significantly grow prospect pipelines and build strong sales teams that can turn opportunities and into revenue. Chris Keene founded Persistence Software, a company which invented a new approach for managing data in high transaction banking and communications systems. He also held multiple management positions at McKinsey & Company, Ashton-Tate and Hewlett-Packard.
